I started riding horses when I was 8 years old, but my passion started long before that. As a child I watched the film “Spirit” over and over again and it was from then on that I started to look at horses with different eyes. I started riding in Alentejo, where I bought my first mare. Today, with all the support from my parents, I have 10 horses and the tendency is to increase.

In 2015 I started dedicating myself to horse breeding and since then I have mainly invested in horses raised by myself. I must say that this has become my great passion.

As a young show jumping rider, I dedicate a large part of my time to improving both my performance and that of my horses, our relationship, and last but not least, their well-being. This daily commitment led me to recently expand to represent Hippo Safety Fence® in Portugal, the safest fencing system for my animals. My journey to date was the beginning of what I hope will be a great career at an international level.

As a veterinary medicine student, I intend to explore the areas of equine reproduction, maintaining and developing my knowledge in the world of horses. My future goal, therefore, is for CS HORSES & VET to encompass veterinary services.

Balancing time wasn't always easy, as a student, rider, breeder and recent entrepreneur, but these are my dreams and nothing would make me happier than making them come true.
